Notable Highlights:

We recently closed on a new asset in Rosenberg, Texas to expand our Houston portfolio to 772 units. Our total AUM is currently at $119.3M (cost basis) and we are excited to expand our footprint in the Houston MSA. Our recent closing marks the 3rd transaction in the market over the last 24 months.

We have seen a lot of success with our Henry brand in the Houston market and we are very pleased with the performance of our properties. While there are no guarantees in life, we believe in our investment thesis for the foreseeable future.
