Additionally, prior to co-founding Momentum Dustin acquired over 1,400 units with a capitalization of approximately $96,000,000.
Since beginning his career, Dustin has sold approximately 1,000 units with an average IRR of over 30% and a multiple of 2.3x, respectively. Dustin focuses on the strategic direction, acquisitions, and asset management of the company.

Hayden Harrington
Hayden is a Principal and Managing Partner at Momentum Multifamily, a real estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring and managing multifamily properties. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Hayden has a lot of experience identifying and executing business plans on investment opportunities that generate strong returns for his investors. Under his leadership, Momentum has acquired over 1,550+ units at a total capitalization of approximately $241,000,000.
Hayden began his career in real estate renovating and managing rentals with his father, where he gained valuable experience in managing renovation projects. He then moved into commercial real estate in 2019 to found Momentum, where he further developed his skills in underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio management.

Ruben Ortiz
Ruben has been in the construction industry for over a decade. He started and runs his own multifamily construction company that does revenues in excess of 8-figures annually.
Ruben oversees all aspects of construction & renovation projects. From writing up scopes, creating proposals and leading a team of contractors to complete large-scale renovation projects.

Anthony Colonnetta
Anthony is an accomplished asset manager with a proven track record of success in optimizing property portfolios and maximizing returns. With a wealth of experience gained from notable roles at Camden and Hilltop Residential, Anthony has honed his expertise in overseeing diverse real estate assets, ensuring their financial health and strategic growth.
Anthony's career is defined by his astute financial acumen and a keen eye for identifying opportunities within the real estate market. His tenure at Camden and Hilltop Residential equipped him with a deep understanding of asset management strategies, enabling him to navigate complex investment landscapes with precision.

Jessica Webster
Jessica serves as the Operations Coordinator at Momentum Multifamily. With a strong background in administrative support and office facilitation, she excels in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm’s daily activities.
Before joining Momentum Multifamily, Jessica built a solid foundation in managing complex administrative functions and supporting dynamic work environments.
In her current role, Jessica oversees a range of operational functions, from managing internal communications to overseeing project execution. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and strategic approach contribute significantly to the firm’s success. Jessica is also dedicated to enhancing investor relations and building lasting relationships.
