Halloween at The Henry
We recently had a fun event for residents at one of our properties, The Henry at Rosenberg.
Our staff put on a pumpkin painting event for the kids and we had a great turnout from residents and their families. Everyone loves tiny pumpkins, so we thought it would be fun to have the kids customize them and add a special decoration to their homes.
We are big believers in throwing events for our residents so the community can get to know each other and enjoy the holidays with their families.
It is important to maintain a good relationship with residents and create a fun and inviting environment for them.
Resident retention and having a good reputation will help overall operations. Keeping good residents and attracting new ones that are going to be good neighbors really help create a welcoming community.
