Renovation Update: The Henry at Deerbrook
We have a lot of major projects underway at The Henry at Deerbrook. We closed on this asset in December of 2021 and hit the ground running transforming this property to have the look and feel associated with our Henry properties.
Currently, we are updating the units with new two-tone paint, flooring, appliances, fixtures, cabinets and counters. The old units were tired and dated and this simple upgrade offers a much more modern look for residents.
We are also completely renovating the clubhouse at the property which includes reconfiguring the space to add a business center and improve the leasing area. Additionally, we have completely demolished the back wall to install a beautiful wall of windows and an easy exit out to the pool. This creates a stunning ‘wow factor’ as soon as residents walk through the front door.
Included in the clubhouse renovation, we also added in package lockers for residents so they can now pick up their packages any time of day and safely protect them while they are at work or away from home.
