We’re thrilled to unveil the incredible renovation at The Henry at Ranchstone! Over the past few months, our team has been hard at work reimagining and revitalizing the property’s amenities and clubhouse to create a modern, welcoming space that residents can truly be proud to call home.
From the very beginning, our goal was clear: enhance the functionality, design, and overall experience of our shared spaces—turning them into true lifestyle hubs for our residents.
Before the Renovation
When we first began this project, the clubhouse and amenity areas had great bones but were in need of an upgrade. The finishes were dated, the furniture was worn, and the layout didn’t fully reflect the vibrant lifestyle of today’s renters.
The original design lacked the natural light, warmth, and community-focused feel that we wanted to bring to the forefront.
During the Transformation
Renovations included updated flooring, lighting, new cabinetry, modern furniture, fresh paint schemes, and more. We also focused on improving the functionality of the amenity spaces, from co-working areas to entertainment zones and fitness enhancements.
The clubhouse was carefully redesigned to serve as the heart of the community, with comfortable seating areas, sleek finishes, and new touches throughout that elevate the everyday.
The New Look
Now that the renovation is complete, we couldn’t be more excited to share the final result. The updated clubhouse features an open-concept design with modern aesthetics, designer furnishings, and functional zones for work, play, and relaxation.
