Momentum Closes Out 2022 With $53M+ in Transactions

Momentum Multifamily, a private commercial real estate company based in Dallas and Houston, Texas has announced the closing of The Henry at Jones Road (Formerly The Reserve at Jones Road), a 114 unit, class A multifamily asset in Cypress, TX.

This puts their total acquisitions for the year at $53M+ in transaction volume and over $23M in equity raised, across a total of 298 units.

Their most recent transaction, which closed mid December of this year (The Henry at Jones Road) was acquired for $18.55M.

“We were able to secure this property at an incredible basis and by our conservative figures should deliver an attractive yield throughout the duration of the hold to our investors." said Hayden Harrington, Managing Partner at Momentum Multifamily.

Both assets that were purchased this year are now being managed by Asset Living, the 4th largest multifamily property management firm that currently manages over 150,000 units across the country. With their national headquarters based in Houston, TX they have a deep understanding of the Houston market and apartment trends throughout the country.
