Momentum Multifamily Closes Out 2021 With $85M+ in Transactions

Momentum Multifamily, a private real estate syndication company based in Dallas, TX, has announced the closing of The Henry at Deerbrook (Formerly Bellaterra at Deerbrook), a 360 unit, class A multifamily asset in Humble, TX.

This puts their total acquisitions for the year at $85M+ in transaction volume and over $24M in equity raised, across a total of 588 units.

Their most recent transaction, which closed in only 41 days (The Henry at Deerbrook) was acquired from Priderock Partners.

Both assets that were purchased this year are now being managed by Asset Living, the 4th largest multifamily property management firm that currently manages over 150,000 units across the country. With their national headquarters based in Houston, TX they have a deep understanding of the Houston market and apartment trends throughout the country.
